2. Do you provide on-site setup and installation?
Yes, we provide the on-site setup for local areas. Other than that, virtual guidance for setup and installation is provided by the RSC team so that you just have to place and plug in the equipment. The setup and installation charges are included in the package you selected for your loved ones.
3. Do I need to buy Alexa Together separately?
RSC has partnered with Amazon and Alexa Together to provide the best care experience for your loved ones. We are happy to share that it is included in our Remote Care Standard and Remote Care Pill-Minder Plus packages.
